Applicant Responsibilities

Thank you for your interest in the CMHA HCV Program. Following is the pre-application for Housing Assistance. As you complete your application, please make sure all your information is complete and accurate, especially your complete mailing address. The Waiting List will be open from October 1, 2020 through October 7, 2020, once the Waiting List has closed, all pre-applications received will be put through a computer-generated lottery for random placement on the Waiting List. In order for CMHA to contact you to let you know if you have been placed on the Waiting List and, if so, your approximate wait time, we will send you a letter in the mail. Please do not call CMHA to see if you have been placed on the list. If you have any questions, please contact tabitha@chillimha.com and your email will be answered in a timely manner.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IS COMPLETE, ACCURATE, AND REMAINS UP TO DATE. ANY CHANGES TO APPLICATION INFORMATION MUST BE DONE IN WRITING WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS OF THE CHANGE.
